Find Teddy

Blackburn v Rotherham, Ewood park, Tues 27th sept, 2-1

The evening before the away game at Blackburn Richie Smallwoods dog, Teddy, went missing. Now that's unfortunate for Richie, and young Teddy, but put a big smile on mine and Vickys faces. Richie was a beloved Rotherham player until he decided not to accept a new contract and to sign for Blackburn instead. How upset would he be that his pride and joy was potentially as flat as a pancake under a lorry somewhere. It might affect his performance.

The morning of the game dawned with the great news that Teddy was still lost, and a big reward had been offered for his safe return.

Excellent!!!

We had toyed with crossing the Pennines but due to vickys work commitment couldn't make it in time, so it was an evening with the rolling results. Amazingly it was Jeff himself, not fake Jeff, due to the champions league games being played, but Because of that we got hardly a mention. It turned out that we had one of our worst first halfs in ages and got absolutely battered, lucky to be only 1-0 down at the break. Second half we were better, but it was no surprise when Blackburn scored again to make the final score 2-0. We are so poor away. It seems like no one was much cop so no man of the match.

The Rotherham faithful

And Teddy?
